The HLA Annual Budget Meetingwill be held at Rossi Hall rain or shine on August 24th, 2024 at 9AM. This is the second (and most important) of two HLA Member Meetings. At this meeting, we provide a number of updates on the association and review and approve our FY26 (May 1, 2025 through April 30, 2026) Budget. A copy of the agenda and draft budget is below. June 23rd, 10am-1pm @ Rossi Hall - Family Brunch
Bring your favorite breakfast or lunch dish to share (mimosas will be provided for adults) June 29th, 9am at Rossi Hall - Annual Member Meeting July 6th, 7pm-10pm @ Rossi Hall - Wine and Cheese Social (adults only) Bring an appetizer and a bottle of wine or adult beverage to share. Great raffles and bonfire will be available as well July 13th, 10am-11am - Olde Homes Day 250th Anniversary Celebration and Parade Participate in the town parade - residents may walk, drive ATVs, side by sides, motorcycles, tractors, trailer boats or any safe motorized vehicle. The theme is Patriotic - decorate your vehicle in red, white, and blue. More details to follow. August 24th, 9am at Rossi Hall - Annual Budget Meeting August 24th, 2pm - 4pm at Rossi Hall - Ice Cream Social Ice cream lovers of all ages are welcome. You are welcome to bring your favorite toppings to share. September 14th, 3pm-6pm at the Waterfront - Concert by "BoomBox" Bring the family, a chair, snacks and beverages and enjoy some music and friends. More details to follow. October 12th, 5pm to 8pm at Rossi Hall - October Fest Pot Luck Bring an appetizer, dish, or desert and BYOB and come say farewell to another summer of fun. Spring Road Grading is scheduled to begin next week. Our roads are typically graded at the end of May but with the early thaw and mud season we tried to get them done earlier but our contractor was unable to achieve that.
We thank everyone for your understanding and patience. Once the roads are graded please drive carefully and take efforts to care for them by sticking to the speed limit. The April 2024 Board Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday April 9th at 6:30pm. We will be meeting at the Davis Public Library and a Zoom link can be made available.
