HLA Capital Improvement Recommendation FAQ

Since the June Membership Meeting, many members have been asking questions about the Long-term Planning Committee's recommendation for the 2026-27 HLA Budget.

Members’ questions about this recommendation show just how engaged and invested our community is in the future of Hidden Lake Association. Your curiosity and input help ensure that our plans reflect the priorities of all members.

To support this ongoing conversation and ensure accurate information is being shared and discussed amongst members, we’ve created a helpful FAQ along with additional details that members have requested, including our Long-term Road Plan and Bidding History. Together, these resources are designed to give everyone a clear, transparent view of our efforts and next steps.

The HLA Board is continuing to work on the 2026-27 Budget Proposal which will be available shortly after the August Board Meeting (8/12 @ 6:30pm at Rossi Hall).  This budget will be presented, discussed, and voted on at the August Budget Meeting (8/23 @ 9:00am at Rossi Hall).
