Capital Improvement Recommendation FAQs

Since the June Member Meeting, lots of members have been asking questions about the Long-term Planning Committee's recommendation for our 2026-27 budget.

Members’ questions about their recommendation show just how engaged and invested our community is in the future of Hidden Lake Association. Your curiosity and input help ensure that these plans reflect the priorities of all members. To support this ongoing conversation and sure accurate information is being shared and discussed amongst members, we’ve included a helpful FAQ below along with additional details that members have requested, including our Long-term Road Plan and recent Bidding History.

Together, these resources are designed to give everyone a clear, transparent view of our efforts and next steps.

The HLA Board of Directors is working on finalizing the 2026-27 Budget Proposal.  This proposal will be available shortly after the August Board Meeting (8/12 @ 6PM at Rossi Hall) and will be discussed and voted on at the August Budget Meeting (8/23 @ 9AM at Rossi Hall).
