Late Fee of $25 per month is charged per lot after June 1
Property Transfer Fee of $100, charged at closing and typically paid by the buyer
Boat Slip Fee of $50, due May 1
Kayak/Canoe Rack Spot Fee of $10 per vessel, due May 1
