Hidden Lake Association Budget

The Hidden Lake Association fiscal year runs from May 1st through April 30th and the the HLA Budget is reviewed and approved at the August Annual Budget Meeting.  Our next scheduled budget meeting is Saturday August 26th, 2023 and it will be held at Rossi Hall.

To the left is a copy of the approved budget for the current fiscal year (FY23) which runs from May 1, 2022 through April 30, 2023.  In addition to approving this budget, the membership established the following at the August 2021 Budget Meeting:

• Annual 2% increase to the Rainy Day Fund cap of $15,000 to account for interest income and inflation (beginning in FY22).
• The formation of a Capital Expense Fund/Account.  The purpose fo this fund will be to ensure we have funds in place to complete major projects that rebuild or replace large HLA assets or infrastructure like the Pool House, Pool, Pump House, or Rossi Hall when those projects become necessary.  The fund will be initially seeded by $5,000 of the remaining income from FY21.  The board intends to further fund this account with the proceeds of property transfer fees and interest income from late payments and will budget other funds as available.

To the left is the approved budget for FY24 (May 1st, 2023 through April 30th, 2024).  This budget was approved at the Annual Budget Meeting on August 27th, 2022.
