  1. Acceptance of board minutes from May.  Approved as amended (Trevor/Donna)
 
2.Treasurer’s Report 
  • Financials (rounded to nearest dollar):
    • Checking               
      • Due to maturity of CD and low rates at our current bank – we have moved the CD funds into checking temporarily while we establish a laddered CD at a bank with much better rates.  
      • The total funds in the account are presently $160,898 with pending deposits and payments of +1,058.
      • CD funds are $39,237
      • Checking funds are $121,661 (and pending deposits and payments of +1,057.76).

    • Playground            $   2,808 
    • Rainy Day             $   4,953
    • Pre-Pay Savings    $ 28,682

  • Lien/Collection/Payment Plan Updates – Chris shared an update – all payment plans are current and Dunning letters went out on 5/25/22.
  • Tax Updates (past and current) – Chris shared and update on our taxes – current taxes data is being prepared and next follow up with IRS on past taxes is in July.
  • FY22 to FY23 Financial Transition – Chris shared an update on the FY transition.
 
3.Committee Reports
  • Recreation Updates by Mikki
    • Pool + Pool House Current Status – pool opened Memorial Day, glitch last Thursday so we are on pause.  Joe + Chris worked through plumbing and hot water issues, still working on indoor showers.  Alex Chase hooked up the 4th camera.  One cleaner is working out well, coming a few days a week.  Solar Panels were supposed to be installed today but the installer is sick – will be back soon.
  • Waterfront Updates by Chris (Fred unable to attend):
    • Hidden Pond Dam/Spillway Update – Chris shared and update from Fred on Dam Bureau.  Fred recommended that we vote on approving the funding of steps 1 + 2 for a max of $2,070.  The Board discussed and approved (Trevor/Donna), unanimously approved.
    • Joe shared mowing concerns about new stone down by the Waterfront will share concerns with Fred.
  • Road Updates by Donna
    • Road Updates – grading is done, material being brought in for Kings Highway soon.
    • Road Sign Updates (Trevor) – the board discussed road signs.  Trevor emailed town administrator to follow-up.
  • Legal (Chris) – Chris shared updates on outstanding legal topics.
  • Violations (Chris) – the board discussed easement violations – Trevor to take a drive around neighborhood to look at these.
  • Buildium Task Review (Chris) – Chris to follow up with Fred on waterfront task.
 
4.New Business
  • June Member Meeting Agenda – the board reviewed and finalized the agenda for the June Member Meeting – Chris to post to membership today.
 
5. Unfinished Business and Other Updates
  • Olde Home Days Parade (Mikki) – no updates, Mikki to discuss at June Member Meeting.
  • Neighborhood Clean-up (Mikki/Tim Francis) – no updates.
  • Bike Rack @ Kings Highway/Kennedy Brook – no updates, but Chris has followed up with member who suggested it.
  • Temporary Seasonal Home Update – the board discussed this topic and will be looking for member guidance at the June Member Meeting.
  • Secretary Recruitment Update – no updates.
  • Emergency Response Committee Update – Trevor will be sharing an update at the June Member Meeting.
