Joe Traniello – shared that he’s working with Mikki on fixing the sign at Kings Highway and worked with Chris on the pool fence posts.

- Transition Update – Fern and Chris shared an update on her transition into the Treasurer Role

- Lien/Collection/Payment Plan Updates – The Board discussed two payment plan proposals that were approved unanimously (Donna/Fern).
- Tax Updates – Chris shared an update on our tax status.
4. Committee Reports
- Recreation Updates by Mikki
- Pool Fencing Update – pool fencing being worked on by Chris and Joe.
- Water Update – Chris will turn water on on Sunday. HW Heater will be replaced as well.
- Pool Heater Removal – Jim Newell disconnecting, and we will be removing at docks in
- Solar Panel/Timer Installation – scheduled June 15th for solar panel install. Alex Chase looking to install solenoid valve to have this run from 8am to 5pm.
- Pool Cleaning Staff – two cleaning staff hired for summer season. (both live in the community).
- Pump House Heater – heater failed over winter. Alex and Mikki tested wall heater and determined that it is broken. We will need to replace that this summer ahead of next winter.
- NHDES Public Pools Paperwork – still working with Clearwater and online for this.
- Phone Line – landline through Fibercast is being hooked up soon will keep that on year-round.
- The board discussed moving the fridge to the hallway now that the office will be unattended, closed, and locked.
- Mikki ordering signs for the pool area.
- 4th Camera being sent to Mikki for install (by Bill O. once it arrives).
- Waterfront Updates by Fred
- Beaver Activity Update – 4/9/22 very successful day at waterfront removing the Beaver Hut. We continue to monitor for beavers – Brian Magoon trapped 2 beavers prior to hut removal.
- Docks In is scheduled for April 30th.
- Hidden Pond Dam/Spillway Update – HL Turner group met with Fred + Chris about 2.5 weeks back to do a site visit for the spillway. They are currently working on a proposal for this project. Will follow-up Thursday or Friday.
- NH Dam Bureau Inspection – scheduled for this season, date is TBD.
- Joe asked about mowing the spillway – nothing needed right now.
- Road Updates by Donna
- Mud Season Repairs Recap – Lots of work has been done in the past 5 weeks due to damages caused by mud season. Remaining repairs should be worked on through the rest of the month (some misc. clean-up and Nichol’s work). In all, $35,000 was allocated for the emergency repairs of our roads during the spring season (see attached summary for details).
- Plowing/Winter Roads Update/Recap – Donna to do an end-of-season review with Rusty at Homeland (salt)
- Kings Highway/North Hidden Lake Road Sign Update – no update
- Culverts – Chris Carter looking at a few culverts (Tigola, Kings Highway, etc).
- Legal – Chris shared updates on outstanding legal topics from our lawyer including potential violations.
- Buildium Task Review – nothing overdue.
5. New Business
- Olde Home Days Parade – Steve Rockwell reached out to Mikki asking about participating in Olde Homes Day Parade on behalf of HLA. Board to post on FB to see if there is interest in someone taking the lead.
- Neighborhood Clean-up – Tim Francis asked about doing a neighborhood cleanup. Mikki asking town to include HLA on town-wide efforts.
- Insurance List for Volunteers – Erika Shepard (insurance agent) advised us to have a sign-in list for volunteers at events, etc. Knowingly volunteers.
- May + June Meeting Dates – May 10th, June TBD
- FY22 to FY23 Fiscal Transition was discussed (FY ends 4/30/22).
6. Unfinished Business and Other Updates
- 2022 Spring Mailing Recap – the board discussed the mailing, feedback we have received, and the need to be crystal clear on when boat slips permits will be available in the future.
- Temporary Seasonal Home Update – the board discussed the request process, Chris to follow-up with folks that are likely to request. Some campers already in the neighborhood.
- Secretary Recruitment Update – no updates.
- Emergency Response Committee Update – no updates.
- Waterfront Walk – to be scheduled soon.
