- Joe Traniello – no topics
- Fern Fisher – introduced herself to the board and shared her interest in the Treasurer position. Fern was then appointed as Treasurer to complete the remainder of Jacky’s term.
2. Acceptance of board minutes from January.

3. Treasurer’s Report

- Lien/Collection/Payment Plan Updates – Chris shared updates with the group on pending liens, payment plans, and collection of past due payments.
- Tax Updates – Chris shared an update on our recent correspondence with the IRS.
- Jacky advised that with Fern taking over the Treasurer role that we introduce her to Harry Powers, Michelle Pong, Pat Putnum and adjust any autopays from the bank.
4. Committee Reports
- Recreation Updates by Mikki
- NHDES Rule Changes for Public Pools Update – Mikki has registration form and is working with Clearwater to get their certification information.
- Mailbox Sign Update – Mikki will be getting sign printed on metal ($35).
- Pool Opening – Mikki shared a brief update on pool opening timing and Covid-considerations.
- Waterfront Updates by Fred
- Beaver Activity Update – activity has subsided with colder temps. We still have not found anyone to trap beavers humanely. Wetlands will come take a look once snow melts to determine which/what permit is required.
- Hidden Pond Dam/Spillway Update – have a firm in Concord that is potentially interested/able to look at this project as we get into the spring. The contractor advised looking at in the spring and then getting the June NHDES inspection report before engineering scope and execution. This is on hold for snow melt.
- Road Updates by Donna
- Plowing/Winter Roads Update – lots of good feedback about sanding and plowing so far. Plow trucks are pushing snow into the ditches much better than last year. One issue with an ambulance leaving the association a few storm ago when it was snowing 2” per hour. Chris will be reaching out to the ambulance company to share a better route out in case of inclement weather.
- Kings Highway/North Hidden Lake Road Sign Update – Donna to follow-up with Trevor.
- Culvert Markers – Donna shared updated pricing from Chris Carter. As move towards spring and know where we stand with the budget we will proceed from there.
- Violations Review – the board is still waiting on advice from the HLA lawyer on one outstanding violation.
- Buildium Task Review – none
5. New Business
- 2022 Spring Mailing - The board discussed the spring mailing and reviewed a first draft. Chris will provide a final draft for review at the March Board Meeting.
- Board Meeting Timing – the board discussed changing the timing of Board meetings to accommodate everyone’s availability and decided to move the meetings to the third Tuesday of each month.
6. Unfinished Business and Other Updates
- Post Office Updates – Chris shared an update on the post office no longer offering free/discounted boxes to some residents within HLA starting in April.
- Temporary Seasonal Home Update – Chris shared an update on the one remaining outstanding camper in the neighborhood.
- Secretary + Treasurer Recruitment Update – Fern appointed Treasurer at this meeting, no updates on the Secretary opening.
- Emergency Response Committee Update – no updates
- Ops Manual/Calendar Update – no updates
