4. Committee Reports
- Recreation Updates by Mikki
- Pool Closing Wrap-up – Safety Cover is installed; price went up $140 due to cost of obtaining pool cover. Water turned off by Chris, saved us $400. Chris shared that we need to look at replacing the hot water heater in the near future – it will save electricity for us in the future. Joe starting to do work for screens on windows. Fencing for surrounding the shower has been obtained for installation next year.
- Solar Panels – still waiting on arrival of remaining solar panels ahead of next season.
- Waterfront Updates by Fred
- Hidden Pond Dam/Spillway Update – Fred shared an update on the recent visit from the NHDES Dam Bureau regarding our spillway. We are waiting for the final report from their visit so we can proceed with repairing the spillway.
- The board discussed the rock near the boat ramp.
- Fred to get 2022 Boat Stickers ready for next season.
- Road Updates by Donna
- Shared update on Kings Highway water drainage
- Rice Brook Culvert – Chris Carter to review and share assessment.
- Tigola Culvert Updates – Chris shared an update on filling old Tigola and the washout from last year.
- Culvert Monitoring/Maintenance Program Update – Chris shared updates with group, will share specs with Donna.
- Hole in Road (Tigola west of Beaver Brook) – has been resolved.
- Kings Highway/North Hidden Lake Road Sign (Marie Drury) – Trevor + Donna to follow-up on this.
- Sand being stored at corner of Woodlot and Tigola for winter. We will be looking at HLA lot on Kennedy Brook in spring to store this and other HLA road materials going forward.
- Violations Review – the board discussed a prospective violation.
- Buildium Task Review – all are up to date

- Temporary Seasonal Home Updates – Chris shared updates on this topic. The board discussed the Ibarra’s request for an extension to 12/1/21. Chris to follow up with the Ibarra’s.
- Duff Property Follow-up – Chris to follow-up
- Secretary Recruitment – no candidates yet
- Boat Slip Transfers – Chris to send certified letter to resident
- Emergency Response Committee – Trevor to brainstorm different ways this committee could contribute to our community.
- Concrete forms + grates at dam – Chris followed up with resident, still no pickup date
- Ops Manual/Calendar – all board members were asked requested to outline a calendar of key dates/activities for their role for inclusion in this tool.
