1. Address needs and concerns of guests, if applicable.
- Jennifer Duff – no topics
- Margo Santoro – unable to attend the meeting but shared concerns about pool opening given the recent rise in Covid cases via e-mail – her concerns were specifically about managing children.
- To limit the potential spread of COVID-19 we will be following state guidance including limiting capacity, physical distancing (designated areas), masks required on the pool deck, only opening pool when an attendant is present, one direction of traffic flow around the pool, etc. Board discussed this and other options to manage pool capacity through season if issues occur.
- Cliff Stuckey – shared an update on plans to build on Kennedy Brook.

3. Treasurer’s Report

- Assessments are starting to roll in.
- Liens Update – two liens in the process of being released, one additional pending in the near future.
- Legal Fees Update – Jacky to work on income vs. expense for fiscal year.
4. Committee Reports
- Recreation Updates by Mikki
- Mailbox Project Update – Approval received from Post Office. Paul from Andorra Forest is happy with the plan, will be walking site to make sure we don’t impede the logging road. Estimate for building was received from Franz Haase, Mikki to get other quotes to compare. Town provided updated ETA on bridge completion which is currently mid to late May.
- Pool Spring Opening Plan – Water being turned on week of April 19th. Clearwater treating and opening the pool on April 23rd. Docks In + Pool House open May 1st. Bob to install new sink.
- Solar Panel Install Update – Install to be scheduled after water is on and pool is cleaned.
- Key Fob software hand-off Update – Mike G is available Wednesday or Thursday nights to do training on Key Fob system, Mikki to schedule.
- Camera Install Update – Install TBD.
- Rossi Hall Water Update – Chris and Mikki to connect on this. Mikki to get quote from plumber.
- Waterfront Pavilion Project – no update at this time.
- Rossi Hall Painting Update – member will be applying epoxy/paint finish on the floor with target completion of Memorial Day.
- Waterfront Updates by Andrea
- Andrea is working with Jacky on boat slip assignments and waiting list as assessments come in. Andrea requested a FB and website post to share timeline for obtaining boat sticker/slip assignment – Chris to post by EOD 4/14.
- The board discussed transfers of properties as they relate to boat slips.
- Road Updates by Donna
- Bridge Updates – town and contactor at Cold River Bridges are working on plan for paving once bridge is complete.
- Mud Season Road Fixes – Kennedy Brook, Scenic, Kings Highway, North Hidden Lake, Redcoat, Nichols, Fox Hill, and Tigola were all touched during recent fixes.
- The board discussed process for discussing and approving emergency spending on road maintenance in the future.
- Tigola Washout Follow-up (insurance claim) – adjuster is currently working on claim and communicating with Mike and Donna.
- Concrete forms + grates at dam Update – no updates, waiting for ground to firm up.
- Woodlot Boat Access Properties – Donna to work with Jacky to ID properties.
- Spring Grading Schedule – goal is by the June meeting, but schedule is not set yet.
- Policy + Bylaw Updates by Chris
- Violations Review – the board reviewed current open violations.
5. Unfinished Business
- Annual Mailing Update/Wrap-up – mailing is complete. One issue to address for next year is double mailing when two owners are listed.
- John Hicks Update – a non-profit is being formed to manage this project and recruit volunteers and donations. The board discussed Mike Kelley’s potential involvement as a member of that non-profit.
- Wood Bank Update – Mike to follow-up with members discussing this ahead of May’s meeting.
6. New Business
- Buildium E-Pay Update – tax information/filing is complete and E-Pay application was submitted immediately. We are currently setting up E-Pay to attach to Pre-Pay Savings account and look to roll this out to the membership once this is finalized.
- HLA Entrance Sign – we are looking to get our new logo made into a sign for hanging.
- Plaques of Prior Board Members – we are looking to get this updated. Chris to assess and work with Mike on putting together a historical list.
- Emergency Response Committee – we will include this in the agenda for the June meeting. Chris to look into system for managing communication.
- Vehicle Labels – board discussed this and we will not be moving forward.
- Camper Permission Request – board discussed the process for camper permissions. Chris to put together application and reminder that will go out via FB and website.
- Andrea asked about street/road signs. Donna will follow-up with the town about this.
