- Liens Update – List provided to lawyer. Lawyer has since prepared and provided two batches of new liens to get notarized. Mike and Jacky to tackle getting these notarized.
4. Committee Reports
- Recreation Updates by Mikki
- Pool Solar Panel – backordered.
- Adding water to Rossi Hall and connecting it to septic – Chris Vachon to look at running water to Rossi Hall, looking to get plumber to tie in to septic. Likely install in April.
- Camera for Pool Deck – cameras in hand, install paused until April.
- Fencing for outdoor shower – fencing is available, install paused until April.
- Pavilion – Dennis (member) leading a team to build a pavilion on the back half of the tennis court. Currently assessing pricing of materials. Dennis to update board prior to spring and start of project.
- Ramp to Waterfront Shed – ramp is built, looking to install in spring once shed is empty.
- Pump house – work to be done in spring: replace roofing, make cement floor, digging trenches to divert water.
- Food Pantry – Stoddard Fire and Rescue is running a food pantry for Stoddard residents through winter months. Looking for donations or volunteers on Saturday mornings from 9am to 12pm.
- Waterfront Updates by Andrea
- Mikki + Andrea to connect with Mike Gallagher to coordinate hand-off of key fob software and directions.
- Mikki suggested updating labels/signage for each dock slip ahead of next spring.
- Road Updates by Donna
- Culvert Replacement – town has permission to work on this during the winter but is still working on getting RFP.
- Winter Sand – going to be placed at the Pollock’s instead of the waterfront.
- Culverts – Tigola + North Hidden Lake culverts are being blocked by Beaver activity; Donna is working on reviewing options for these.
- Missing Road Signs – Donna to follow up on this.
- Rice Brook wall was discussed – Donna to follow up.
- Policy Updates by Chris
- Outdoor Fire Policy – Board discussed policy. Chris to follow up with Fire Warden to obtain feedback on drafted policy and then follow-up with the board.
5. Unfinished Business
- ePay Rollout + Tax Update – no update on taxes, this is the last hurdle prior to launching ePay.
- Stuckey Tiny House Update – since our last meeting we provided a cease and desist letter per our lawyer’s guidance. The Stuckey’s responded to the letter that it would be moved by 11/1 and it was. Cliff spoke to Mike about future plans for building, Mike advised Cliff to have a solid plan with timelines for building and then present it to the board in the future. Cliff shared that the tiny house has been winterized and moved to another property on 123.
- Bourassa Update – E-mail sent to share board decision. Mikki to check on current status.
- Hicks Update – church has septic plan and is working on the rest of the plans and will be doing fundraising for materials with hope that volunteers can build in the spring.
6. New Business
- Bylaws committee – will be posting on Facebook to recruit at least 2 volunteers to join the committee.
