Attendees: Mike Kelley, Mikki Falcone, Bob Lucas, Mike Gallagher, Jacky Hastings, Donna Moxley

1. Acceptance of board minutes from March meeting.
●Approved with suggested changes
2. Treasurer’s Report
● Account balances
○ Main Checking Acct $14,932
○ Waterfront Savings Acct $9,477
○ Playground Fund $2,804
○ Rainy Day Fund $8,682
○ Savings Acct $103
○ 2yr CD $38,569
○ Total: $74,357
●The CPA is in the process of filing HLA taxes
●Tax documents have been provided to the CPA

● Operating businesses in the development (Covenant Violation).
● Letter to members about cleaning out their culverts
● Update of JLN fee amount based on new assessment

● Mailing letters completed – discuss

- Sign changes for notifying residents of upcoming meetings and events
- Mikki has been working with Bryan to make changes to the current or new sign
- Suggest adding tracks and letters to the sign for changeable fields
- Spelling out meeting/event descriptions would be helpful for new members
- Mikki will drop off the existing sign to Bryan

- Liens Update
- There are 27 outstanding liens.
- One property was scheduled for a foreclosure sale but has been postponed due to NH Gov Covid 19 recommendations
- There have been several early payments by HLA residents, and will be posted in Buildium
- Invoices for 2020 dues have been issued from Buildium
- Three training sessions on Buildium are scheduled for completion

- Recreation
- Opening Pool House and Rossi Hall May 4th pending NH Gov approval
- Clearwater Pool and Spa will open the pool on May 26th (Subject to change given the Covid-19 pandemic)
- Replacement of solar panels - Clearwater has suggested options
- The Board will need to review proposals and the 2020 budget
- A Proposal from Clearwater is currently under review
- The Board may need to consider other options
- The Board may also want to consider replacing the shingles before installing new solar panels

- Waterfront
- Docks in on May 2, 2020 9:00
- Roads
- No update on culvert replacement on Kings Hwy
- Hidden Lake continues to have a beaver problem
- The dam is still not functioning as intended
- The overflow is currently flowing through the spillway
- A plan is needed to clear the blockage and prevent the beavers from blocking it in the future
- A committee of HLA volunteer residents to work on a solution is needed
- Prioritize dam maintenance that can be done in the interim
- Remove debris from the outflow
- Trim brush and trees identified as a problem by DES
- Bylaws
- Mikki will request an updated revision of the Bylaws from the Bylaw Committee prior to the May 2020 Board meeting.
