    LIENS UPDATE:
        Payment for the Lustenberger property came in
        3 payments came in from JLN residents
        Need to schedule CPA visit

COMMITTEE REPORTS:
    RECREATION:
        Clearwater coming May 28-39, 2020 to open pool and to look at replacing pool solar panels
        Open pool house end of March
        Bob Lucas and Mike Gallagher to clean pool after Clearwater visit
    WATERFRONT:
        Docks in May 2nd
    ROADS:
        Rice Brook resident replaced their driveway culvert (Threatened Rice Brook Rd.)
BY-LAWS:
        Send letters to Bob and Lexi for violations
UNFINISHED BUSINESS:
Preparation for annual mailing :

• Prepare invoices for annual assessments and boat slips
  

NEW BUSINESS:

• Mailbox project;  Mailboxes will have to be moved to facilitate culvert replacement on Kings Highway.  (Prior to start of project)
  
•  Buildium migration;   The goal is to use Buildium as the working financial tool to generate this year's assessments.
  
• Migration of legacy data is in process.
