The Town of Stoddard and the HLA posted local roads last week. Roads will remain posted until May 1, 2025 OR until roads are firm enough to support heavy loads. Until then, hauling of loads in excess of six (6) tons is NOT allowed.
Please direct any questions to [email protected]. As a reminder - HLA Board Meetings typically occur the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 6:30pm. During the warm weather months, they are held at Rossi Hall and during cold weather months they are held at the Davis Public Library.

Upcoming Meeting dates are as follows: March Board Meeting - Tuesday March 11th at 6:30pm at Davis Public Library April Board Meeting - Tuesday April 9th at 6:30pm at Davis Public Library May Board Meeting - Tuesday May 13th at 6:30pm at Rossi Hall June Board Meeting - Tuesday June 10th at 6:30pm at Rossi Hall Dead River Company who services the area with heating oil and propane is offering HLA residents coop pricing for the upcoming heating season. More information can be found on the flyer below. 
The September 2024 Board Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday September 10th at 6:30pm. We will be meeting at Rossi Hall and a Zoom link can be made available. This is the second (and most important) of two HLA Member Meetings. At this meeting, we provide a number of updates on the association and review and approve our FY26 (May 1, 2025 through April 30, 2026) Budget. A copy of the agenda and draft budget is below.
